It is the ASX... which I suspect might have even more rules than the KGB.
So, no, Allensford can't "do as they please".
And if think they can, and you want to expose your investment capital based on Allensford being of a mind to breach one, or more, of the ASX's rules; or Allensford being happy to become the subject of a class action lawsuit brought by parties who sell their shares to Allensford as a result of false representation, then all power to you.
