You may be right Verlin, at the rate they are buying up other holdings they will likely be able to vote down the 2c offer. My holding in Yowie is quite small but a little cash back would have be a nice token before I consign them to the bottom draw and throw away the key.
Yowie management need to make a bigger, louder show of resistance if they want shareholder support in holding out against the barbarian hordes.
