Hi Ronsim.
Section 1.4 "Disclosure of Acceptance Instructions" also states that NWH will release updated Holding Statements (Form 604s) to the ASX if there is any movement of at least 1% in the aggregate level of NWH's voting powers.
The last Form 604 released was on 22/1/2021 for 70.85% of Primero (the same day the Institutional Acceptance Facility was announced). There have been no Form 604s since. Can we infer that the Institutional Acceptance Facility is currently holding less than 1%?
