Isnt it normal for a data room to be set up for bidders to form their own opinion?
i was rung buy MCP registry to advise on the reject option.
i asked for 2 items to be provided before the bid closes but do not know if these will be provided
1. Profit and dividend guidance
2. Key strategic changes being worked on
reading gallins response i dont expect the new CEO to last too long if they get to effective control around 40%..
i think gallins statement is also short on profit pro formas and dividend futures.
come on gallin up the bid to 160 and you will get this. IMO
