    Yeah, got to love their form. Dear Shareholders, we are here to save you. Sell your shares in this company with dire prospects to us, its prospects are so poor, but we are such nice guys we're here to save you, sell to us and you'll be safe. We'll dive on the grenade being the good samaritans that we are.

    However poorly McPhersons management handled the past 12-18 months, this piss poor Takeover offer is in my opinion a joke, and frankly treating shareholders like chumps.
