If we look at what this bidder did with Reject Shop, they are likely to keep extending offer and not increase. If the FY21 results are not good, the share price will fall towards their bid price. Some people will then sell into it. Gallin will then win some directorships and then force change.
I know there is a big bidder at 1.41 but I wouldn't be chasing at this price.
