You have a very, very long way to get to 50.1%
A1M clearly knows it is low ball opportunistic offer hence they have not had many DRM holders accepting the deal, and management of DRM rejecting it, rightly so too!
Colleran and co needs to go back to the table and come back with a realistic offer if they are serious about the deal!
I am confident the deal is not happening as you are going to struggle big time in reaching 50.1% unless A1M intends to buy on the market and then go for an hostile takeover assuming they get to purchase above 20% of shares in the market. Hostile takeover can’t happen if the holding is below 20%. So if A1M are serious then lets see them put their money where their mouth is and buy up on the market!
