We can assume Potentia will vote against, but there still would need to be a lot of other shareholders also vote no. I had assumed Potentia would come back with a higher offer, and still might once the takeover panel decision review is done and dusted.

I'm of the view that the offer undervalues the company so I'm happy if it doesn't go through, but no idea what everyone else will do.
