They are right, though, about Potentia having had plenty of time to put in a sweetened offer. I won't be holding my breath in anticipation.

There are quite a few Fundie Blocks in this company, and Funds can be heartless when it suits them - remember they sold a significant slice to Potentia well below the current market price. If it was a fait accompli, then I would expect the current price to be a bit lower, so perhaps there is still some Game Play happening.
