Yea, the message is:
Do your job in the best interest of all shareholders to make to make this company perform and NOT scare other shareholders by saying that PACT will likely fail and shareholders will lose more money if you don't own it entirely, especially at this low ball price. And if it fails because you're only acting in your own interest (or your affiliates) in whatever way, be prepared for a class action.
