Thats ok, he has it under control. Maybe he will make a better offer shorty, same price but he will print it on pretty blue paper to help us poor share holders.
I think the bigger risk is that the deal lapses and then someone dumps a heap of cheap shares which would drive down the price and then he remakes a similar or worse offer.
