ORR board absolutely embarrassing themselves at the moment, no chance of hitting 50% and recommending a deal lower than the original. If their plan was to flush out the PRU offer early they needed Nick and Tim on that statement and now everyone knows they got no hope.

Interesting to see they havent met their target statement date...

I actually think now SVM are weirdly in the worst position to develop the project

1. PRU stand alone ( likely but new deal needed )
2. ORR develop it but with PRU funding, they would want to pit their guys in and have a lot more stock ( unlikely )
3. SVM get it all and get PRU, ORR, Nick and Tim
to agree ( would require a new deal )
