    “Why is it likely the share price will fall when the Offer closes?

    I will answer a question with a question, who is going to sell their shares for less than the offer price that they had many months to do so leading up to the offer closing when we all know the company is entering a turning point in the cycle and will grow strongly from here?

    Remember all those bold statements in the bidders statement have a counter argument, they are written in a way as to cloud the better judgement of shareholders.

    Believe me when I say that RG has been planning this move for a long time, he picked the very bottom of the cycle to make his move, brilliant of his part. He knows the value locked up in this company and so do we.

    If there was any justice in this takeover system then a new valuation should have been forced/ mandatory after the last result that clearly showed improvement
