Now they admitted that there are more than 150 of us and now they stuck with 12 months period before doing anything.
As long as he doesn't get to 90%, in my opinion, even by 6 months later, bunch of big boys up here going to suck the remainder shares and whether they can delist or not becomes a question.
Having said that, there are circumstances Asx could make his votes excluded for example, 12 months period and to avoid other votes counted, which I think Asx will exclude his votes anyways.
