I've had a re-think. Just get this deal wrapped up, offer ORR shareholders 1 for 3.4 and use the massive cash hoard to buy back 300m shares. It's a win win for everyone including PRU shareholders because the float will be reduced, PRU will be paying less in future dividends and ORR shareholders don't have to wonder if Silvercorp will ever pull the plug on a ASX listing leaving them stranded.(seen it before many times), and leave the offer open for a month.
Just get it done and dusted
