As outlined in TP24/014 and this Supplementary Bidder’s Statement, Bennamon/Kin agreed to send a letter to all Eligible Shareholders to inform them of their right to withdraw their acceptance.

I, and presumably most other readers, are not Eligible Shareholders since I have not fully or partially accepted the offer. However, if anyone happens to obtain a copy of the letter and/or email, it would be appreciated if you could please share it online.
