This process has a ways yet to play out, also great work WT as always, RG cannot offer anymore while the current UNDERVALUED Off Market Buyback is in play. RG has options as to which way he would like to steer this plan to privatise the company. Will he or won’t he keep extending until September? I hope he does, if trading continues as is it will benefit holders. Will he or won’t he reach the magic number for CA? Looks a unlikely at this stage. Will he or won’t he make a better offer to mop up the balance of outstanding shares if he does not reach 90%?. If he truly is hell bent on taking it completely private he will have no choice, holdouts will not and have not accepted 0.84, the questions is at what price will a holder who can get him over 90% accept? That is the price all other holders will receive, I think? and if someone knows better in this regard please correct me. Its has been a bit will he won’t he up to now, but it looking promising, well done to all involved so far.
