I'm sure there is a few individuals that may sell out as this drags on but I doubt it's anywhere near the volumes KIN needs.
I think it's pointless that they keep the offer open any longer. they tried the last ditch scare campaign and got called out. it raised minimal shares for them.
The latest 3Ys have shown that no one is selling off market anymore.
The only reason to keep the offer open is if they are working on a plan to start releasing some bad news from Pact to try and scare people. We all know this would be fancy number crunching to try and make the books look bad but in my eyes the only thing they have left.
The IBC cannot change their recommendation now, so don't worry about anything they say.
All the new plants are coming on line, if not already in production and revenue will be up this year on last.
Debt has been reduced with the previous sale.
It's all coming up roses for PGH.
Seems absolutely pointless to me for the offer to remain open, but I am tipping a further extension as they don't have many other options if they aren't keen on paying $3.25+ a share in 6 months.

Right on cue, AFR drops the bad news story of Qenos going under, pushing up resin prices and lead times.
