By closing bell of yesterday, CS recorded RG has 300 953 656 shares up by 35 198 shares from the latest 3Y notice and equals to 87.413%. By my quick guess, only 1 from top 200 holders gave in to him with her holding of 22 779 shares. That person exited on the 22nd April.

Right now, excluding Rg's accounts, I calculate that there are still between 164-168 holders/ 200 top holders (4 accounts untraceable due to syntax errors) . Mind you this figure based on top 200 holders. Underneath them, there are around 1300-1500 holders owned more than $500 of Pact shares.

Manipur and its associates owned 21 951 067 shares equal to 6.376% up by 36 719 shares from last week.

An individual account still hold 2 250 000 shares equals to 0.654%.

If user123 still hold 1.3% then the top 3 have secured 8.33%

With insto nominee's accounts, here are the updates:

Citi nominee account has been selling a bit, they now have 2 159 888 shares compared to 2 408 467 shares they had on the 19th April.

Morgan Stanley has been slightly reduced from 336 982 shares on the 19th April to today to 336 150 shares.

J P Morgan has stand still with 845 450 since last week.

Warbont has slightly increased from 589 616 shares to 589 711 shares during the period

HSBC has slightly reduced from 367 097 shares on the 19th April to 364 372 shares. They used to have an additional account with 2690 shares in it created on 16th April but has now been depleted.

From the look of it, apparently Citi nominee account has been the one of selling shares on the market for the whole week. It is fair to say they have dumped out 248, 579 shares and the market (holders) been buying their shares back. Also today, a transaction of 19 074 shares was transacted. It is from a guy in top 200 holders, but luckily he is nice enough to sell it on the market and I think Manipur picks it up for us.

Only few days to go before the bid ends which no doubt he will try to extend it again, but so far the statistic is good, I don't think RG can finish it off.

May be attending the Court hearing about $30 million payout in July with TIC directors first and come back next year or so huh?
