Nice work, williamteddy. I continue to hold slightly over 1.3% and I am very pleased with the progress to date, including the recent developments, which are aligned with expectations.
They have been following the same process as previous takeover attempts so I had anticipated the most recent announcement in a previous post as I am sure many others had as well (https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/72887728/single).
I clearly have no intention of accepting the offer. Although I was pleased with the 1H FY24 results, I am not anticipating a particularly positive second half. However, this is a long-term investment where I see considerable future value, particularly when market conditions improve and Pact starts to see a return from the significant investments over recent years.
