I think RG must have always anticipated this kind of result with his takeover bid set so low. In the end if he has to make a second takeover offer to us holders on that Manipur and User123 agree on the amount of money he will pay will probably be much lower than if he had have made a generous takeover offer that he’d have to pay to everyone
It’s true RG controls PACT and I think this is fantastic. With RG in control this company will always thrive
However he won’t be able to delist PACT while there are still 150 shareholders with over $500 worth of shares. He would have delisted long ago if he could have!
