    - ~3.5cps in BioHub loan (may not be fully recoverable)
    - 3cps in tax assets
    - FY25 should "significantly exceed" the $2m PAT from FY24
    - Already one bidder at a price very close to market (10.5cps) and we know there are others looking at LPE (according to AFR article)

    Hard to see much downside.
