They are obviously getting desperate.

They have only secured 10% since the offer.

Their bid and management are an insult.

Unfortunately, either way the directors have done much damage to the market view of managements ability to see this through - surrender monkeys are not well respected especially when they have been saying they are grossly undervalued.

This was an appalling inside job.
