they are willing to spend the money. This is a healthy kind of spending,
you clean the well and the pipes, your production increases, no disruptions and no hefty maintenance cost.
CEO sitting behind his desk would pen off a 500k deal for HCD.
HCD will have a faster pace getting contracts and share price movement.
