It has cost the holder plenty as that parcel being placed at 3.4 cents over a week ago or so added pressure, discouraging a retest of 3.6 cents from below. It appeared stupid at the time if selling was the intent which actually made it look like an attempt to accumulate....Costly trading lesson.
