I actually think this is good.
The base salary is actually on the low end for an Exec chairman, the performance rights are tied to performance metrics, if he doesnt achieve he doesnt get them, simple. Agree that there is no disclosure on the actual metrics that need to be achieved. Company needs to update the announcement as it basically means nothing.
