They're betting everything on the resolution with the best chance of being voted against - JE and PB are clearly out, but could NB and EH survive?
If that happens, assuming Morten also has some loyalty to PB/JE, it would mean we end up with 3 directors pro PB and only 2 against (GW and AR)
So current management/board would keep control of the votes.
