silly and totally pointless announcement.
The best thing about it is that at least no good shareholder money was spent on it again....
I'm a little surprised that no one has reported to HC who has received a call directly from management.... we have shareholders here with very large TNG holdings...if I was really fighting for my company I would personally pick up the phone and call the big investors...
instead Burton hires an Indian call center.... and when it all goes haywire, he tries Computershare and another company to clean up his dirty work……. and pays money for it that belongs to us shareholders, what a cheek....
but the board of directors was invisible to us shareholders the entire time, no opportunity for questions... and they really closed themselves off and hid from us... Paul thought he was going with N.B. pull a trump card out of his sleeve…..this looks more like an own goal…
I'll be very happy when it's all over in six days and the whole gang is gone
