It is vital all CD1, CD2 and CD3 investors inform themselves of what is actually being proposed and vote accordingly.
Tip: Every significant investor I know of is voting NO. However, as the majority of investors are likely ex-retail clients of the former Dixon Advisory, it's important they inform themselves accurately and actually vote.
If you don't vote, your OPEN votes will be directed FOR the merger!!
