MOU looks promising. Again 'hot air' is not going to sent the SP north. EVS along with every other tech company is competing for peoples hard earned capital. Crypto, spec metals, hydrogen etc..... EVS needs to deliver some solid contracts and announcements in the short to medium term otherwise I fear people will reallocate their investment.
Still a great long term prospect IMO however concerns stock could test 18c in the short terms.
