I'm trying to remember from a long time ago, but I'm sure they had to make a payment of $1.5m to Towerjazz upon completion of the chip. I might be wrong, so I'm hoping someone else might be able to remember what their deal with Towerjazz was. I'm hoping it is a good sign that they are pretty confident it is ready.
