The only Director at NOX with a decent shareholding would appear to be Frederick Bart with 2% ... so 2% of 18% of NYR is 2/5ths of FA
I see another NYR director over there ... Gisela Mautner -NOX's CEO ... queer thing is NOX's chart is worse than NYRs!
(Perhaps the best asset of NOX is their 18% of NYR lol)
So like Ian Dixon (with a checkered history at EX1 ???) Gisela is associated with that chart for NOX (haven't figured out her length of tenure there yet). So that's another red flag now - for two of the NYR directors ... Moore, Cox, Frampton ???
Anyone got a decent thing to say about all these five? And NYR management?
So far this is starting to look like a mouse pharma.
