Obviously not many posters here have seen this latest move, extending the timetable of the issue by 2 weeks.
Possibly a significant number of shareholders will have already lodged their application money in the assumption that their new shares will be counted at the AGM. Even a suggestion that the issue could possibly be withdrawn, see Item 3: 2 in the Supplementary Offer booklet.
Some commitments are not worth the paper they are written on. This latest appears to be one of them.
