Herein lie the answers as to why Kunteng went to the takeovers panel. And it seems TOV has indeed acted and forced BFC to amend the offer conditions accordingly.
Whats not clear yet is any associated change to the AGM date; perhaps not now that Sexton et al are firmly on the backfoot.
Given the foregoing, my intention atm is to apply for full allotment plus overs. As for the agm, my voting intention remains AGAINST the RemRep and FOR the Board spill.
