Hello Harry. Important to take into account the rescheduled agm is on 29 january whereas issue acceptances close 3 feb. So you wont have any new shares in your account till after the 3rd.
Reading between the lines of the TOV announcement, the panel would not allow BFC to issue new shares prior to the agm thus ensuring the Board and underwriting mates couldn't stack the agm voting with their new shares. Also note from the ann that directors are unable to soak up unallocated shares.
So unless shareholders go weak at the knees or Sexton's attempt at stirring up anti chinese sentiment is successful, then going on the existing voting (which gave rise to the sudden shut down of the agm), then the RR will go down and the SPILL succeed.
At this time we intend to apply for extras as a punt on a new Board taking over and providing management with astute oversight and direction*. Risky I admit but we believe value can be extracted from the existing business once a sharp focus is applied.
Good luck Harry. We'll need that too.
* If RR passes and SPILL doesnt occur or unsuccessful, then we'll not participate in the raise.
