It would be very likely that NewPeak legal status in Finland with Hopeavuori or Satulinmäki will not survive even a superficial due diligence.
The conditions of the deal are not announced.
Especially the legal status of the key tenements have been challenged. In Hopeavuori the permits are in Supreme Administrative court, Metsäkylä permit has been cancelled and returned to permit authority because of a protected species, a river pearl mussel. There is similarily protected species in Hopeavuori
3 million euros would be really crazy money for 75%. DarkHorse- NewPeak paid 150 000 euros for both Finnish ans Swedish tenements of Sotkamo Silver
including Hopeavuori.

In financial condition of NewPeak 100% would have been available for 30 000 AUD or even less, but even that would have been too much. If somebody would want to have war with environmental organizations and locals, the tenements would be available for registration fees. In Finland any company knowing the regions would not want to pay a cent (not even an AUD cent) for them.
ENEXD need to get funding. It has happened that money had not come from Arab countries after de diligence. Last time in Finland the Sunmirror -Latitude deal crashed, and that was a wise move not to pay for tenement applications and socially non acceptable gold mine.
