Interesting article in todays West Business section, top of page 65 titled "Expert U-turn creates bid chaos" seems as though an extra $2.6 million has been found to increase Neon,s cash pile to $15.7 million ! The article goes on to confirm most of the posts I have made are substantially correct. If I was Evoworld I would be extremely upset to find I was going to receive $2.6 million more and be told my offer was "unfair and unreasonable" !!!!! IMHO I hope Evoworld and its minions lose the lot and it costs them a motza to be the largest shareholder with no successful takeover UNLESS they pay a premium for ALL shares. dyor and read the article please.
