Earley this is the biggest balls up I have been involved in. Your lack of stategy here is appalling and you have eroded serious wealth for your shareholders. The buck starts and stops with you. You made the restructuring decisions and your shareholders are suffering. Of course your coal knowledge and connections mean you are indespensible but you have some serious catch up work to do. Your choice to consolidate was seriously wrong. This level of dilution is criminal.
