    interesting to note that the general offer acceptance date is 1/12 (only 2 days) so i presume that it would be fully subscribed)...

    Now this makes more sence (yes I know we are all screaming on the price) but it makes sence.. we will get back to and past $1.00 by April/May once drilling has been completed...
