    Can someone explain the legal requirements of a "fully underwritten" offer are the underwriters legally compelled yo pay up the shortfall ? Are we in some danger that they don't nd we end up with no funds from shortfall ?

    Is there a time frame on when funds need to be paid , I would have thought we would have heard something by now
