I've got nil info on Portison or its director(s)...but I have an opinion that this is text book patent trolling and is a blight on the system/society. My feeling is this is going absolutely nowhere and the sooner this IPO is complete, the sooner the management team can get on with running the company and developing its own novel IP...which might just change the world we live in.
