Fair call Jiggy, I must confess to being very skeptical of these types of events. Very naughty to not include details, or even a mention the potential litigation on the prospectus, when it was known to be in process, that just smacks of attempted deception in my book - not a good first impression.
Keen to see how it evolves, the concept is excellent but I am not sure why this is now so far behind where Chemeq was with similar/same technology and plans - a long lead time to see how it behaves and the outcome of any court proceedings - I may well leave some profit on the table if it spikes but I suspect there could be plenty of time before any dramatic fluctuations.
I would not mind buying a few shares in Portison, if it was listed, especially if their claim that they own Chemeq's IP now is correct!?!
Don't listen to me though, I am usually wrong!!
