According to lead manager they are reviewing the terms but nothing is firmed up. That's somewhat positive.

Big slap in the face to current directors of both companies and deserved IMO and whilst it may be too late the fact that they are reviewing after trying to suck more out of existing shareholders is obvious a last ditch attempt...

If they have only found $80K / $6M I am thinking they will definitely come to a better agreement ...

Gridcomm need us for capital raise. To expand gridcomm and line the pockets of directors.... so make it fair and show us what gridcomm can do... they currently have no money to expand
