They showed their true colours and underhandedness digging themselves a pit that's hard to climb out of. I wonder what can convince angry shareholders now, probably some progress of deals if any. But even if they sweeten the terms, many of us would be sceptical they will dilute as soon as they can. They have no mates, but sophis can just take advantage of it to the detriment of existing holders. I for one would not likely touch this now even if they make the ratio 1:20 which was based on the last traded price.
