There is no way consolidation ratio will change. Existing shareholders get 3m! For a shell company that is a lot and I have learnt a lesson from this and as burnt as existing holders feel, they need to accept that if they wanted more then gridcomm where just better of paying a 10% fee to a broker to get listed.
No doubt that new investors are not happy with the amount of possible stock hitting the market in regards to performance rights. Also hate it when it is purely based on revenue.
