DSE actually has a current MC of $33M? ODN from all reports always had more upside and was positioned to be a bigger fish... you're right though it is a very sinking ship unless they change the terms.
No investor would want their investment diluted by a guaranteed minimum 80.1%! post consolidation and fund raising.. how absolutely stupid is that and the fact they only had $80K raised in months and 2 lead mgr's shows how bad this deal is.
The frustrating thing is Gridcomm also have not given any market updates? What is happening?
From last reports they had very little funds?
This needs to be resubmitted with performance shares based on SAAS revenue of $10M+ per year or something as then at least the market cap will be north of $100M++++ so an investor at this stage would multi-bag and not care...
