Yes, directing this company is surely just a part time position and not deserving a salary, more just a fee upon completion of tasks. Shareholder takeover, new directors from SHs spend a few days negotiating and receive a few grand. Remove all the unnecessary benefits and lean the thing down to make it more attractive. Float the thing and immediately hand over the reigns to Mr Holt. Hopefully in a few years gridComm will take off and you are on board for the ride. You probably would struggle to negotiate a lower consolidation with gridComm though.
