This is what I AM thinking will happen (this in no way was mentioned by who I spoke to):
- Valuation of the new company is too high
- Existing shareholder will still be consolidated at 1:35 (which has happened)
- Both Gridcomm and existing management will cut there shares which will lower market valuation
It is ultimately point 3 that will make it more attractive to investors
