Gridcomm have been partaking in road trips with a collective of ventures / investors, pitching to smaller Asian government departments. The latest was in Makassar Indonesia, seems as though the primary focus is local government funding.
Given that 7.5mill was to be raised and hasn't eventuated, they seem to have opted to exist as a small venture. This in turn begs the question was the tech ready for deployment to impress the big guys, or was there still much development and expenditure required to interest the likes of IBM,Cisco, Intel etc. Companies who could quite easily acquire Gridcomm at its current level.
