    Hi @kvz

Thank you for asking questions in a respectful fashion - appreciated. Civility costs nothing.

"... 180 or so different compounds in cannabis none of the hundreds of possible combinations won't find a.cure for an ailment is bordering on ignorant."

You could be right? However, to imagine that hemp products and MM have 'cure all' properties, prior to the hard science being available, is worse than ignorant (in my view) it is plainly foolish! Some of the nonsense that I have read here re the curative properties of hemp and MM is nonsensical in my opinion.

Optimism is fine (I love optimism) - life would be very, very grey without it. However, being able to be cautious and make balanced assessments of the prevailing facts has kept our species alive. Not sure why people abandon their rationality when they enter the spec end of the ASX? Anyway, that's a matter for them.

Listening to the views of others costs holders absolutely nothing whatsoever! I am not sure why some posters want to create the us and them dichotomy? If people ever tell you not to listen to someone else - ask yourself why?

I do comment on other stocks. However, I have been following this one for many years now. You can view my earlier posts where I have commented on the prevalence of 'lifestyle' stocks. If, you are researching my posting history, have a read of my earlier QBL posts. It's all there for you to read.

Also, if you want to research further, try and find old posts made by a poster called Happycats. He / she knew their stuff and he / she called asked many pertinent questions on numerous occasions e.g. when the South Johnstone bauxite thing was 'running hot'! Where is it up to now?

"'... I'm curious Bas why you never responded to my question about Federal court time frames."

Well that was actually a very complicated question - more complicated than you might realise (respectfully). Cases before any court are based on numerous variables e.g. procedural steps and the facts and intricacies of a particular case. Without having all of the facts of the QBL matter to hand and a working knowledge of the instructions of the client - predicting 'times frames', as you put it, of any court or case would be foolhardy. Wish I could predict court timeframes as would many others - no doubt! A simple application before a magistrate / judge / registrar might only take 2 or 3 minutes. A more complex matter might take days, weeks, months or even years. Fact is, I had no idea and quite probably, neither did anyone else on here, of the complexities of the QBL case.

And I noticed your commentary about my failure to answer your question. I suspect that the regular posters who identify as holders provided lots of TU as they imagine that the question somehow exposed a flaw in my argument - well good for them - if that's what floats their boat.

"I know you have difficulty defending QBL but maybe.......just maybe, one day you'll defend CGB. I look forward to it"

I am neither defending nor prosecuting QBL. QBL has its own legal identity and the legal rights and obligations that attach to that legal 'identity'. My questions have been directed at questioning the activities of the QBL board by referencing their ASX announcements. Why is there no independent board chair yet? Why is there significant amounts of money spent (related party transactions) services provided by AGMPL by a company that recorded a ~$5,000,000 loss? Anyway, these are the published facts - holders ought to ask why do they exist? Why can't they spend less? Are all the services required by QBL? Will the costs increase by the same percentage in the coming FY?

QBL might one day become a player in the MM industry? I hope it does for current holders.

My point has always been aimed at making a case that, in my opinion, the interests of QBL and the QBL shareholders would be better served by adding independent members to the board and conducting a thorough review of all expenditure by the company. Simple stuff - I am not sure why it is resisted so strongly?

Hope that clears up some of your questions kvz?

    Enjoy your week.smile.png

Is the re-listing date still set for 7 December?
